Zero and Conversational Memory

Zero is designed not to build a permanent conversational memory or personal profile from your conversations. New conversations may begin without access to what you said previously.

Conversation content must be processed to generate and deliver responses. Limited information may also be temporarily retained by Memcite or its service providers for message delivery, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, billing, or legal compliance.

We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, subject to applicable legal obligations and service-provider retention requirements.

SMS and Mobile Information

Users voluntarily initiate communication with Zero by texting (650) 934-1332 or selecting the “Text Zero” button on our website.

Message frequency varies based on the user’s interaction with Zero. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact admin@memcite.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers that process information solely as necessary to operate Zero, including telecommunications, artificial-intelligence, hosting, security, and technology providers. These providers are not permitted to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and Website Information

Our website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies required to operate the website, maintain security, understand site performance, and provide requested functionality.
