ZERO BY MEMCITE LLC — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of Zero, an AI communication service provided by MEMCITE LLC (“Memcite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Zero Service
Zero allows users to communicate with an AI assistant through SMS and, when available, voice calls. Users initiate conversations by texting or calling Zero.
Zero is designed not to create a permanent conversational memory or personal profile from what users say during their conversations. New conversations may begin without access to prior conversations.
Limited information may still be temporarily processed or retained by Memcite and its service providers when reasonably necessary for message delivery, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, billing, or legal compliance.
Features may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued as Zero develops.
SMS Messaging
By texting Zero at (650) 934-1332, you consent to receive automated and conversational SMS responses from Zero by Memcite LLC.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Zero. Messages are sent in response to user-initiated conversations.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact admin@memcite.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
AI-Generated Information
Zero uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and should not be treated as guaranteed professional advice.
Users are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it for medical, legal, financial, safety-related, or other important decisions. Zero should not be used for emergencies.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Zero to violate applicable law, impersonate others, commit fraud, send spam, harass or abuse others, interfere with the service, or engage in unlawful or unauthorized activity.
User Content
You are responsible for the information you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit sensitive information that you do not want processed as part of the service.
Privacy
Your use of Zero is also governed by the Memcite LLC Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that Zero, its AI responses, voice service, or SMS delivery will always be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Zero develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
